Seriously...WTH?

Seriously, there are people celebrating the death of people they don't like and upset that others are still walking around.

What a bleak time to be alive here in the good old USA.

You're a bad person if:

You cheer when someone is murdered, killed, unlived and they haven't done anything really different by their actions than previous people before them. They're just not nice in doing it, so you hate them.

You feel the need to let your opinion about the near miss of a famous person from being killed on social media.

And yes, I am talking about President Trump in this situation, but it could have been Biden or Obama, too...you don't cheer for their deaths or upsets because they're still living.

We don't do that.

We vote them out.

I wonder, when you cheer for those people being murdered, how do you feel about the people who follow and listen to them?

They're just using words.

Do you want them unlived, too?

Oh...you just think they're idiots and are subject to ridicule...they shouldn't be killed.

You make no sense.

Obama deportations: 3.1 million

Trump deportations: First term 932,000 plus second term so far 700,000 for total of 1.6 million.

Biden accusation: Tara Reade with several other accusations.

Trump accusation: E. Jean Carroll with several other accusations.

Clinton, Biden accusations: They had sexual misconduct with underage women.

Trump accusation: Accusation of sexual misconduct with underage women.

Previous Presidents on Iran and a nuclear weapon:

This is just an example...

Should there be accusations? Yes and they should be investigated equally and if found guilty, you go straight to jail.

When it comes to other policies, treat them equally, don't get mad because one guy is "nicer" than the other one in implementing any policy.

You're So Vain, You Probably Think This Post is About You

I guess, if the shoe fits...

But there's a post coming soon, and I am sure no one will read it, but the venting will commence.

You (We've) Lost our Collective Minds

If you support terrorist organizations.

If you support foreign dictators.

If you support Islamic theocracies.

If you support the killing of American troops.

You might have lost all perspective.

In fact, no, you have.

Where You Been Lately?

No where, and some places.

I've spent my time and money that I raise for Cornerstone Hoops traveling around following my son nationally with AAU basketball.

It's a price I'm willing to pay to help him with his dream and helping those we come into contact locally and so many coaches to talk to.

But I will continue, soon.

Botswana, Zimbabwe and Seychelles Islands have coaches I am in contact with and, Lord willing, I will visit those places soon.

It's the Dash that Matters

This guy went from the young man in the first picture, to a grown man in the bottom picture in five years.

Wish him nothing but the best going forwards.

What To Say?

For the last year, or so, blogspot was blocked by our school's filter.

So I haven't written much...at all.

I finally asked IT if they could open it for me and they did willingly.

But I find myself with lots of things to say, but not knowing how to put it into words.

Mike Day, a teacher here at Silver Creek, hold on, Mike Day THE most beloved teacher here at Silver Creek took his life last week and it makes you both speechless and yet, so full of things you wish  you'd said or will say.

It's funny, ok, not really funny, but it is really eye opening when something like this happens how your realize your priorities are so messed up.

We worry so much about things that do not matter that we forget to sit and "smell the roses".

The only thing that matters is your relationships with people you love and people you appreciate.

Work, hobbies, work, Netflix, work, social media, work, stuff you watch on TV, and have I mentioned work? Matter about as much as this (index finger and thumb really close to each other), and yet we worry, stress and zone out over those things.

I'm guilty of it as much as anyone.

I have two kids and I often say the days are long, but the years fly by and it's so true.

You blink and your newborns are adults.

You blink and someone you thought would be around literally forever is...gone.

Sad Times at SC

Mr. Mike Day has gone to be with his Father in heaven. He is so sadly missed.
