5 Keys to Happiness

There is so much more to happiness, but I think if you do these 5 things on a regular basis, you will be much happier.

1. Understand how blessed you are.
2. Get out of bed and do something positive.
3. When in a storm, can always be worse.
4. Help others and expect nothing in return.
5. Enjoy your life and learn to suffer well.
